This is what the stencils look like:

DIP stencil

These stencils contain scale shapes and symbols for you to create Visio drawings that show outlines of electronics packages, surface mount devices and discrete transistors.
All shapes have custom properties for manufacturer's data, part numbers etc to that you can create parts lists and inventories using the standard Visio report tools.
